TIMING

At Kinder Kaboodle we value our customers satisfaction and aim for excellence in all areas of service, therefore we strive to have all orders (see below for exceptions) packaged and despatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Usually if an order is placed before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday, it is packaged and despatched that same day.

If you have ordered hand towels, Kindy Sheet Sets or Library Bags that require 'personalisation' with your child's name, please allow a further 1-2 days before your order will be despatched. (We will keep you informed of your order status via regular emails)

FREE GIFT WRAPPING

At Kinder Kaboodle we are happy to offer a 'FREE GIFT WRAPPING' service. Just tick the 'Free Gift Wrapping' box at checkout, and we will cover your gift in stylish wrapping paper, coordinating ribbon plus our very own Kinder Kaboodle gift card with a handwritten message of your choice. Simply complete the message you would like to include in the 'Gift Card Message' box at checkout.

CHRISTMAS IS COMING... so please let us know if you require your gift to be beautifully wrapped in festive Christmas paper, organza ribbon and a coordinating Christmas tag.

To send this gift to a different address, all you need to do is fill in the recipients name and address details in the 'Delivery Details' section at checkout. Please ensure that you include your contact details as well, so we can send you the order confirmation email.

AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

Standard Delivery (via eParcel):

We are pleased to offer FREE POSTAGE* on orders totalling $120.00 and over, to any location within Australia, sent via Standard Post (* this offer does not apply to the delivery of heavy & bulky items over 3kg).

We use Australia Posts eParcel system to despatch all our Australian orders which usually takes between 2-5 working days to reach their destination. The eParcel system offers security and reliability as each consignment carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process. (Delivery status information can be viewed at www.ausposttracking.com.au). Upon delivery, a signature is obtained - if no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Australia wide delivery is charged at a flat rate of:

Parcels up to 500g	$6.00
Parcels up to 3kg	$9.00
Over 3kg/Bulky	Price advised at checkout

Please note that delivery charge for Bulky or Heavy items over 3kg will be calculated based on the delivery address you give and we'll contact you by email or phone within 24hrs to confirm your order. These prices are dependent on destination, size and weight of your parcel. You are not obliged to continue with the sale if you are not happy with the delivery charge.

Express Delivery (via eParcel Express):

If you require your parcel to be sent urgently, Express Post can be arranged. These parcels should be received the next business day, provided your address is within the Express Post next day delivery network. (Please refer to the Australia Post website for this information). Please contact us to arrange this service and we will provide you with exact delivery charges.

WORLD WIDE DELIVERY

Kinder Kaboodle is happy to dispatch its products to overseas customers, using Australia Post Air Mail. If your country is not listed in our 'country drop down list' at checkout, please send an email to bernice@kinderkaboodle.com.au with your address details and and we will get back to you within 24 hours with exact shipping costs.
