Out of Stock Items / Back-OrdersProduct availability is updated regularly, but should there be delays for the specific product or size you are looking for, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated. You will be given the opportunity to either cancel your order, choose an alternate product or we can back-order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the item(s) in stock will be despatched to you, and the back-ordered item shipped once we receive it, at our own delivery expense. Please note, that we will not back-order items that are on sale. PricingAll prices are shown in Australian Dollars AUD and include GST. Kinder Kaboodle reserves the right to change prices without notice. PaymentWe accept the following payment methods for Australian orders: 1. CREDIT CARD - we accept Visa, BankCard or Mastercard. 2. DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT 3. CHEQUE UNPAID ITEMS - Please be aware that payments via cheque or direct deposit which are not received within 14 days (and one follow-up email) from the date of order will be cancelled. International Orders:Kinder Kaboodle will gladly ship our products overseas. If you have any queries regarding international shipping rates, please send an email to bernice@kinderkaboodle.com.au and I will respond as soon as possible. Exchange PolicyAt Kinder Kaboodle, we understand that internet shopping is very different from being able to physically pick-up and touch products the way you do in a bricks and mortar store. Our customers satisfaction is very important to us and we strive to ensure that all our products are of exceptional quality, however, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase or it's the wrong size or colour, you may return and exchange the item/s under the following conditions: 1. Contact must be made with us within 7 days of receipt of your order. 2. The product(s) must be returned to us 'as new', ie; unused, unworn, undamaged and with all their original packaging/labels intact. (Sales items do not qualify for the Exchange Policy) Please Note: An additional delivery fee will be charged for this service, and if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged, you will also be required to pay for the difference. Likewise, if the item is less expensive than the original item, then we will send you a refund. Faulty ProductsWe pride ourselves on quality control and thoroughly check all products before dispatching them. However, in the rare instance that a product is faulty, please call or email us to discuss the fault further. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. On approval of fault, Kinder Kaboodle will give a full refund for the item or will replace it. Delivery costs will not be included in the refund. |
